RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WWW.BOMBIS.CO.UK. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or refunds for you.

 

RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from WWW.BOMBIS.CO.UK must be returned or exchanged at the customers expense in a new and unused condition with the original tags attached. The return/ exchange must be done within 30 days of purchasing the item(s) to receive a refund. If you wish to refund/ exchange an item please contact the customer service help lines you can find below. Any refunds will be returned by the original tender used to purchase any items with the invoice attached. Please note we cannot refund any shipping charges. All returns and exchanges must be done by secured traceable shipping method as WWW.BOMBIS.CO.UK will not be held accountable for lost products.

 

If you purchased an item from WWW.BOMBIS.CO.UK and want to exchange it for a different color or size, you can do so by returning the item(s) at your expense, within 30 days of receiving the shipment, with a copy of your original invoice and a written explanation of the items you would like. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no additional charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. PLEASE NOTE: If item(s) are returned in non-original state ie; missing orignal label or worn and torn it will not be accepted as a returnable item and therefore you will receive no refund. The item(s) will be shipped back to the customer's address.
